Pryce Ferdinand Engineering Nig. Ltd was formally know as PRYCE FERDINAND NIG. LTD, incorporated in 2011, we upgraded our services to include Engineering design and services, hence the name change. However, there has been no change in management and in range of product / services we offer. Nevertheless, name change shall not impact our ongoing cooperation and agreed terms with our partners / pricipals.

We are 100% indigenous company. We offer Engineering services, Fabrication, Sandblasting and Painting, Galvanization, Valve Caliberation and recertification Services,Scaffolding, Leasing of equipment, General supplies and procurement for Oil and Gas companies. HSE Commitment

It is the policy of Pryce Ferdinand Engineering Nig. Ltd to provide safe working conditions for all employees and to comply with all federal, state, and local laws. Employees who jeopardize their own safety and that of other employees will be subject to disciplinary action.

Employees should immediately report all accidents, illnesses, and injuries, regardless of severity, to a member of the Safety Committee (see organizational roles list obtained from Human Resources) and the Human Resource Manager.

Drug and Alcohol

It is a policy of the Company to provide a safe and productive work environment that is free from the effects of drug and alcohol abuse. No employee shall report to work or remain at work while under the influence of an illegal drug, controlled substance, or alcohol.

Likewise, the use, sale, manufacture, transfer, or possession of alcohol, illegal drugs, or controlled substances on the job, on Company property, or in Company leased or owned vehicles are prohibited.
